Yes — it runs on your own infrastructure (Coolify + Docker), with Postgres and Redis you control. You own the data.

Which AI models does it use?+

Claude Sonnet for grounded answers and Claude Haiku for fast escalation decisions, via the Anthropic API.

Can the widget match our app’s design?+

Completely. Every project sets its own colors, radius, font, and position — the widget recolors to fit while keeping the same polished UX.

Do end users need an account?+

No. The widget is anonymous and bot-protected with Cloudflare Turnstile; an email is only required to reach a human.

How do staff sign in?+

Microsoft 365 SSO (Entra ID), restricted to your verified organization domain.
